Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement by those who post that they are giving IWL the right to display, publish, store and distribute and use what they post.
  2. That the person posting is responsible for their own submissions including some kind of warranty that they own or have the right to agree to IWL’s use, and have obtained the necessary permissions, and will not submit material that is copyrighted or otherwise protected, and will not publish false info or misrepresentations that could damage IWL, and will not submit obscene, defamatory, libelous materials.
  3. A reservation of rights by IWL to remove or not publish postings without giving prior notice.
  4. Any claims of content infringement/copyright issues can submit notice per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c)) to a copyright agent.
