Biennial Member Retreat

The 2025 IWL Member Retreat Transforming Tradition: Women Leading Legal Evolution was held May 15–17, 2025 at the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum, Idaho. The Retreat provided an opportunity not only to earn CLE credits, but to foster genuine personal connections through interactive and meaningful experiences. IWL’s retreats (hosted every two years since 2015) are intimate with room for no more than 100 participants and speakers. Past Retreat attendees tout that attending the Retreat is generally a highlight of their membership.
